No Back-up plan for online banking approvals

Currently I have a problem where the screen of my phone had cracked and it is in for repairs, so I have a load phone till it is fixed up. So I have no availability to the FNB App. The Bank has no back up plan for this kind of happening and as a result I am unable to make any form of payments via the banks online banking, as I cannot approve the transaction.... This is shocking to say the least. When speaking to the call centre agent she got very rude and told me to delete the phone if I wanted to do any form of banking.. Why will I want to mess up a system that was working well and will work again as normal when I get my phone back. Do you not have an alternative like sms’ing a code to approve the payment?? Come on... Can you not have some form of back up plan?

I have managed to get my stuff in order as I got my phone back from repairs. I don’t understand why you would want to upset a complete working system when you need a temp arrangement to work. I cannot say that the feedback is the right option for me, but it is your systems.
