No authorization from claim taking ages
I have been insured with them for years without failing to pay a premiums.Now I have a claim and all of a sudden there are investigators appointed to handle my claim.It a month and days without a car because of the so called investigations. Please Peter help me..

09 Jun 2026, 11:46Good day Peter,please assist to date i sm yet to receive feedback.They only called me to acknowledge the receipt of the complaint. When I call they say I was escalated. Full two months to resolved this claim.This is the worst experience from the so called reputable bank.Is there a way to report this to other insurance regulatory bodies??
