No attention even after 3 escalations
Shocking Shocking Shocking!!!
Even after escalating my issue to 3 separate departments (Customer care, My personal business banker, and my home loan 'specialist').
It's been almost 1.5 weeks and I've yet to receive a call from anyone actually addressing the issue or giving any form of resolution to assist me as a long term client.
I cannot believe the pathetic service and lack of care for their clients.
