No Assistance with Youth Accounts

In 2012, I had opened a Youth Account with Fnb (I am not sure of the name of the account, but it was the Youth Account at the time). In 2015, I opened a second Youth Account for my second baby. The Youth Account has now been renamed the Fnby account. I have queried what is the difference in the interest rate between the account opened in 2012 and the Fnby account.

I have also queried if I want to change the 2012 account to an Fnby account what do I need do as I have been told that only the account name has changed and nothing else. Yet, the account opened in 2015 has now been issued a bank card, but the account opened in 2012 does not have a bank card.

When I called the call centre I was told I need to go through to new applications, I was then put through to the Credit Card division. I am querying a Youth Savings Account not a credit card.

So my question is: what is the difference in interest earned on savings and how do I change the 2012 Youth Account to an Fnby Account - what are the fees and what do I need to submit?
