No Assistance with Retirement Annuity

FNB is really becoming a bad bank with there service they offer i have been trying for the past 30 minutes to get through to a retirement department with calls being transferred after each other with no luck i tried calling 4 different numbers they gave and no one could assist me but would rather transfer the calls
