No assistance with opening an easy zero account

I went to an FNB branch to apply for an easyzero account. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They seemed like they were trying to get rid of me. I had all the necessary documents. I even went home and tried on my own with the *120*277# and it just gives me error messages.The branch promised to get back to me but never did.
