No assistance with online payments

I'm here yet again to try get help after not receiving help directly as per usual. I am having hassles with making online 3rd party payments. when I get the message to verify i put my thumb print and then it asks for my code and then nothing happens for a few minutes until it times out and sends me an sms to verify my purchase. I chatted to a few consultants on the secure chat and as per usual no one could help and was promised a follow up call which never happened. I feel that FNB is putting my account at risk by only verifying my purchases via sms and it is highly inconvenient to have to wait until the transaction times out before continuing the purchase.
