No assistance with Covid 19 query

I was approved for the covid relief but the amounts do not add up. My debit orders are less than the amount approved. I'm being charged extra and when queried I am told to calm a call centre number. I asked for the query to be escalated but it was not done. The hold times are a nightmare. This us not customer service.
