No assistance to increase credit card limit

I app**** to increase my credit limit and for a whole week I have been making calls and not getting any assistance. Apparently there is a technical error with the whole bank but now I don’t believe so because on my last call I was told my request was closed without a solution and my limit was not increased so my calls were all in vain. I had already made the application twice but with each call to check the progress I get referred to a different department (more than R300 airtime lost). I have been with banking with FNB for 6 years and just recently accepted the funeral cover they offered. With all this I never expected such treatment in my time of need.
