No assistance to downgrade

Been asking fnb premier to assist me to downgrade because i am paying a fee that i see no value in and I lost my job, can't afford it anymore. Yet no assistant was given. I am very frustrated about the situation. Such a disappointment that i have to come to hello peter to get assistance This is the reason i am downgrading because i get no assistance
