No assistance or response

I sent numerous emails to FNB to get assistance with my online banking as it gives me an error. I sent a follow-up email and they seem unbothered. I mean I opened an account with you guys, I would expect some kind of response. This is the very reason I will never make FNB my main bank because they are so unreliable and the moments when you think your bank is going to step in and help, they ignore your email. WOW. Pathetic.
