No Assistance or Communication even after Complaints

I wrote a review last week and the complaints team from Hello Peter rep**** with the reference ***NF and sent an email that a service agent would get back to me in 2 days, it has been more than 2 days and no one has contacted me, my account is still blocked, Nolungelo Dlamini is still yet to get back to me and the FNB branch continues to inform me that they cannot assist me as their ***** department is not in the branch. What exactly do I need to do to receive assistance? The awful service and customer care are very stressful and upsetting.
