No assistance in changing contact number
I contacted the call center to change my phone number. After numerous chats and numerous calls, I am still not closer to having it done. Not online or on the app

31 Dec 2023, 12:32I am still awaiting response. I even had a reference number and a promise it will be sorted in 48 hours. The 48 hours are up. I have now been on chat for more than an hour, being transferred from one section to the other. What is wrong with FNB training?

03 Jan 2024, 11:54So yesterday I was only halfway assisted. And was promised a call this morning to change the OTP number to the new number. It is almost 12:00 and still no call. And the OTP was the most important number to change. Is this service?
