No assistance from *********** staff at the call center
I am on the line for the last 20 Min trying to dispute 2 online transactions. I have spoken to Kathlego transferred me to 3d secure dep spoke tO -tapelo who put me thru to ***** as he advised he CAN NOT ASSIST me .What is going on ??? I NEED assistance ASAP !The 1st transaction was on the 5th Jan for 121.61 and the 2nd was on the 31 Jan for 123.49 . Please its now 25 Min that I'm on the line waiting for someone to assist me .

03 Feb 2023, 16:12I have yet to receive a call from FNB .i called the complaints department and VALENCIA advised me she has escalated it for me ,However she could not give me the contact numbers of the people that are handling my complaint nor could she trf me to her manager as they are working from home and can not take calls ,she advised that she tried calling them via teams and they where not answering her calls .Could Mpho Limpho and her manager Roe***a rgive me a call this is not on!
