No assistance from ***** department

Ive been with FNB for 27 years and have never really had a problem. But today I am tearing my hair out. Absolutely ******* service. I have been trying to report ***** for 2 days now and I am getting nowhere. Either their offices for ***** are closed! night time or day time or, of the 5 people I have spoken to on the phone once I did get through to a department, pushed me from person to person, taking my details and then cut me off. And the 3 people I have spoken to on secure chat say they cant help: I need to phone the ***** line that is never answered or say they are closed. How is anyone supposed to report *****!!
