no assistance from FNB....EVER!!!!!!

i don't even know how to start this without using swear words!!!! anyway I have been with FNB for more than 14 years and the last 5 years have been hell and its just getting worse by the day!! I have not been receiving any assistance from their Team or my so called team of bankers but they rip me off each month with crazy monthly fees!! so my debit card got swallowed at the ATM and my credit card expired. I received a new credit card but I am unable to activate it because it needs to be done via my banking app which i no longer have access to. now I have phoned and done the online chat thing but no one is able to assist. so for a service that I get charged for every month I don't get any satisfaction or assistance from! now sitting the whole month unable to access any money that is in my account and sitting with a real emergency and still no assistance from FNB!!!!
