No Assistance From FNB PayPal!!

I used the chat online and the agent referred me to emails. I sent an email to *** on the 9th of June with issues of my PayPal balance not reflecting on my FNB Profile. I received an email saying email requests are attended within 2-24 hours. It is now the 13th of June - way past 24hours with no response. I have sent a follow up email and just received the same automated response. I’m not impressed.
