No assistance from fnb on COVID-19

Worst bank in S.A!!! The only bank that want to give you a loan for 3 months to pay your monthy debit orders during the pandemic. They are just looking to get money out of us with the interest. All the other banks are willing to assist with the current situation except FNB! I then app**** a month ago for a holiday peroid on my house bond where i needed to fill in a pile of forms without any response from them. I did resend the form a couple of times and then dicided to give them a call to where they transfered me to numerios divisions. The last person said she will get someone to give me a call the same day, but i am still waiting. This is absolutely unacceptable and pathetic!! Will be moving to a different bank systematically.
