No assistance from fnb Employee

I wrote an email wanting to get an assistant regarding setting up my banking app i got a reply that i must visit any fnb ATM with the instruction that i must follow which i did i even got an assistance from a bank Employee Makhado crossing mall now today when i log i am prompted to go again to the ATM which is far from where i am now i am confused
