NO ASSISTANCE FROM FNB CREDIT CARD, MIND BLOWING IGNORANCE!!!

I opened a FNB credit card on 06.04.2006, due to unforeseen circumstances unfortunately I could not pay the card. A judgment was granted against my name for R52 489.00 on 10 February 2017. The account was handed over to Groenewald Lubbe and Associates. I was referred to Groenewald Lubbe and Associates by FNB since they bought the bad debt. When I contacted Groenewald Lubbe and Associates to request a 80% discount on outstanding amount I was immediately declined since FNB does not allow discounts. How do you hold someone hostage for so many years? I am trying to get my life in order but constantly run into individuals who just refuse to give me a life line. I am sure FNB has bigger fish to fry but they want to focus on a middle class working man. What is the point? I am trying to reach out but gets kicked in the teeth when I do
