No Assistance from Card Division: Please Help
Hi Fnb.I don't know why every time when I have to apply for something. I have to be taken from pillar to post and receive slow if not zero help. I currently have a credit card with FNB and I have app**** to increase my credit card amount and the consultant who assisted me Gugulethu Twala was very excellent but then after that, it's been a month. The card division is just silent ...in fact, I have sent whatever documents they want so many times.I am even thinking of trying another bank that will listen to me. The reference I received from Gugu is UCN***.

The consultant requested via email that I must send a letter indicating my Mr Price is up to date which I did because all my accounts are up to date. Probably it was a delaying tactic from the consultant to say I must request that letter. After submitting a confirmation from Mr Price that my account is up to date. No one has contacted me to assist. Are you able to allocate someone else to assit.I already have a credit card with you and I have been paying very well every month all I need is to increase it from 5000 upwards.
