No assistance from all FNB departments including branch’s

I’ve settled my credit card that was under debit review. I’ve tried following up if the payment is through so I can get settlement letter and close the account. I called Credit card collections they transferred me to law on call, law on call transferred me to legal centre, legal centre transferred me to debt review, debt review transferred me back to credit card collections

Seems like no one knows how to assist me. I’ve been doing this for Months. I’ve been charged interest on a settled account which FNB can’t event assist in closing it. Unbelievable, I’m really frustrated and disturbed.

Still no one can assist with my settled credit card.
