I have been waiting for more than 30min at the bank for the ***** Dept and another 30min+ online with a chat agent that transferred me to ***** Dept and now NOONE IS ****EN ANSWERING. ***?!?!?!?!

How are we to report these issues concerning a credit card when the bank is not responding to anything or plea for assistance. Haai man.
