NO ASSISTANCE

Would have liked to give rating of minus 5star. During the lockdown getting no assistance whatsoever. We have accounts in such big arrears with bank fees and its still escalating. Bussiness and private clients account and the private banker is a joke no one can even give him feedback. Why asking "how can we help??" if you don't want to assist businesses or private clients
