No assistance

Hi, I have been calling over and over again to get a reversal done. First of all, the voice-activated services are not adequate and secondly, the line quality is completely terrible. I have been transferred worldwide, yet no one has assisted with a reversal on accounts already settled with both FNB and Russels. Please get this resolved.
