No assistance

I recently made a mistake of overpaying a creditor and was advised by FNB to log a refund recall I also enquired with the creditor they advised me that I will get feedback - so i asked FNB to stop the request but since the creditors have nto adrered to my calls, i again requested if the can relog the refund but got a declined mail saying i cancelled i am aware but my 2nd email i asked if it can be reopened. Very unhelpful. not even a call from the FNB premier life side or customer services or even emails confirming responses. FNB has led me down more then once the the past months why bother remaining with then you surely don't have the consumers best interest at heart.
