NO ASSISTANCE

I have been with FNB for a year now, my house and car insurance is with FNB also.

Me and my husband decided to move our car insurance to another company due to no response from FNB when needing assistance.

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks now for someone from FNB to contact me regarding the cancellation of our policies.

After numerous attempts to speak to someone, I have still not been able to get assistance with the cancellation of the policies.
