No assistance and then cut you off

I've been trying to find out how far a claim is going on the FNB Life. Every time I call they cant help me. I've call again this morning first they cut me off after verification, second time they asked me to hold on they will check after 30 min they cut me off again. Please can someone call me back that would be able to assist me.
