no assistance

I've been calling fnb to assist with my transfer limit that has been exceeded. Please note I cannot buy airtime not even R5 via the app or telephone banking, I cannot draw money feel my account, I can't even seems a R50 via ewallet. 1st 3 calls the agents sent me from pilar to post & eventually told me I gave to go into the bank. When I called a branch they told me to call the call Centre again they should assist no need to go to the branch. Today i was on the road from polokwane to Pretoria when i got a flat & needed airtime to call for help which fnb could not assist to this day. I tried calling and explained that I have very little airtime and if the call gets cut she must please call me back or assist me further. She took al my details but said she can't call back. I have her all my personal info and she even did a authentication. After the authentication she told me that she will transfer me to someone else cos she can't help & then my airtime ran out. What a useless exercise and inefficient person I dealt with who couldn't even see the urgency of the matter &<br> & try to assist. Fnb services & call Centre agents are poorly trained & their services are pathetic
