No assistance

I have had this bank debt my account for 4 months and at the same time they want me to pay my account at their attorneys, the loans department tells me to contact legal, legal tells me to contact loans and then loans tells me to contact MBD, i have spent 4 months trying to resolve an issue.

FNB seems to employ people who are just there not to help anyone nor offer any assistance, they are useless at their jobs but collect a paycheck each month, even this complaint will be passed onto 100 diff people and with no assistance i have never seen a useless bank at assisting people ever.

They offer this false advertising that they can help but when you ask them for help, useless.
