No assistance

So making payments now require you to approve it via your mobile phone app. But what if the app does not pop up with the notification/prompt to approve it?

This is what happens constantly, and then you simply cannot make the payment... What happened to the OTP?

My complaint is not really the fact that there is something wrong with their system and that it does not give you any other option... The real issue is that they only help they give is "please call 087-***x-bla bla bla. I am abroad for work, so calling them is a little expensive, waiting on the line with the call centre is a little more expensive... and thats the only option again. (They don't get back to you via email or phone you back... nada)

Terrible, Terrible!

5 Days and NOTHING! Please do not rush yourself though, its not like I do business through my account... Its not like I am loosing business due to this or being issued non payment threats. And rest assured I will not be holding FNB liable for the loss due to the simple inability to make payments (thats sarcasm, I WILL be holding FNB responsible for that.). A single email was sent which included non sufficient help. Upon reply to that email (Immediately) I have not received any further contact. No joy on calling the client service number, this is because its super expensive so I run through my international limit whilst holding the line... But again... Please don't feel the need to assist a client sufficiently, I guess its the FNB way. Very well done.
