No Assistance

I contacted FNB on 1 November 2016, asking for assistance how I can best resolve all outstanding issues they might have with me as an individual. I was sequestrated and eventually re habilitated in November 2015. After numerous requests for feedback I eventually receive a mail on 13 December advising me that they are unable to do anything as accounts were closed and risks cannot be evaluated. It seems FNB cannot see on their system that I have been a loyal client for at least 5 years and still have a very active cheque account! The easiest answer is clearly that thay cannot (or perhaps it is too much effort) to assist. My request was to clear up any issues and I, as a loyal customer, want to resolve. How do you continue having trust in an organisation happy to take your money on a monthly basis but are not willing to show the same commitment to their customers???

Well I received a call from a Vuyo on 15 December. Since I could not talk she promised to call me back later that day. To my surprise I received an SMS stating that call attempt failed and I must call back, which I did the same day. Left a message for the same lady but no call back. I called again on the 19th December, again had to leave a message and again no return call. IS THIS A MESSAGE TO ME THAT MY LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING???

How pathetic can any bank be???? FNB takes the top spot in my opinion as far as non existant service goes. Clearly FNB is not interrested in individuals, only corporate business. Thank you for nothing.
