FNB IS SO PATHETIC I HAVE A TEMPORARY LOAN HANDED OVER. THE ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. BY ACCIDENT R400 was paid to fnb TEMPORARY loan. I requested a reversal it's my money I'm already paying the attorney's R250 WHICH I PAID 6TH APRIL. I need this rectified else I'm going go social media. I logged queries and called in. your service sucks. I NEED IT REVERSED PLEASE ASAP.

14 Apr 2022, 11:14So many people are logging calls but no one is telling me when this will be resolved. It's long weekend I need this dealt with by 5pm. I am paying lawyers so that payment must be reversed. Please this must be dealt with
