NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR PASSPORT RENEWALS

I have paid for the appointment for the renewal of mine and my husbands passports - R1,200 and have 60 days to present at the FNB Cornubia Branch. But I have searched for appointments for the whole year basically and no appointments are available EVER. What is the point of having this service if there are no bookings available and really there are no appointments available FOR NEXT 8 MONTHS or are those appointments sold to people who charge an extra R500 for the privilege of being able to book an appointment. Very poor from FNB, why offer the service if you can't deliver.
