No Answers, No Problem.
After having heard from a peer that FNB offers good services for small business banking, I got in touch and got me an account for my business.
The problem is not that weeks later I have an account that's not active, a card that's not activated, it's the fact that when I've called them, nobody knows exactly what is missing in order for me to have all the services I require.
If the first person transfers me to the second person, the call either drops, or the second person tells me another person will contact me. Which never happens.

23 Apr 2021, 08:09Hi.
I have received the emails, all looking at the activation of my card, only to find out that there's a hold on my account because of outstanding documents that I had submitted initially when I opened the account.
I've submitted these documents again - twice - but there's been no response, so it's two steps forward and a further three back because my account is where it was when the week started.
I hope our relationship will not be continuously me complaining about such things that can be avoided.
