No answers, no answering!
My savings account, which I neede the money for, was put on hold without ANY notification! I was told to phone the Investement number, but I have now been on hold for 40minutes! Its pathetic! I eventually now made another call with another number and got throught there. They could not give me any answers, and said they will come to me before the end of the day! How is this possible in these days? How can a bank put an account on hold without reason and notification!!!

21 Jul 2025, 17:04Thank you for your reply. The last person I spoke to said she will come back to me before 16:00 with answers, and I have not received any. Now we will wait ANOTHER day without answers where FnB messed-up! Another day where I cannot access MY money without reason.
