I made a loan on my app yesterday already...i am still waiting on feedback...i normally get the amount immediately in my bank account but now suddenly no one can tell me how long it will take...when i call the centre..they just keep saying its being processed...no man ..by the time i get the money then i dont need it anymore...

11 Aug 2021, 14:06Unbelievable!!! Two people contact me to 'follow up' on query..but they ask me the same stuff over and over..documents i emailed yesterday already...they say they will call back but guess what...nothing!! Really changing my bank..had enough of fnb
