No answer to home loan application

I am very disappointed with Fnb. I have app**** for a small homeloan of 50% loan to value for a new property. Homeloans are dragging their feet and asking for things that aren't relevant. How can there be a problem when I have nearly R2 000 000 coming through my accounts every year and conduct my accounts in a good way. Surely since I've been banking with Fnb for many years and having my business account with you for nearly 4 years I shouldn't be having this problem. Maybe I should just move my accounts to another bank who will value me as a client.
