No answer or assistance at Fnb Loans Department
I have been trying to get hold of Fnb loans department since last week. I waited on the phone over an hour the first time and half an hour the other times but no one answers my call. I paid up my personal loan but by accident overpaid by R381. So when I log on to my banking I can see the credit. Please can someone assist me on getting my money back urgently.
