No answer from Forex Financial Emigration Division

Cant get hold of the FNB Forex Division who deal with Financial Emigration. You hold for 55min without anyone answering the phone, multiple times. Finally a person called Celeste Mhlambi send an email, but to get a reply out of her is impossible, it's been 2 weeks and several emails but I'm just being ignored. Complaining to FNB doesn't work because I have complained about this two weeks ago, I have heard nothing.

Stop wasting people's time because your employees are lazy and unmotivated as everything is handed to everyone on a silver platter in this country.
