No answer at FNB

My wife has been trying to get thru to FNB for past three days to try and make arrangements or recieve payment holiday on her FNB loans.As she is not recieving salary due to lockdown and Covid 19.Last night one debit order went off and the second one will be going of shortly.May some please contact her as she is very frustrated due to FNB not answering
