No action taken after promises to release my funds in my account

After previous bad review on Hello Peter, not really much was done to release my funds.

FNB service is really up to **** and my funds are still not released as from 10 Des 2023.

I had to fill in another form to release my funds and still nothing is done.

Please can I close this useless account?
