No action on *****ulent activity

Reported ***** of R13,000 on my account more than a month ago when it was still pending. Immediately contacted FNB and they promised to investigate. No feedback, and then *****ulent transactions took the money out of my account. Contacted again, and they promised to escalate and get back to me. Still no word a month later.
