NO ACTION FROM FNB, ONLY WORDS! :)

I am disappointed in how FNB handled my situation as a Fusion Private Client. In November, I wrote about my disappointment with FNB on this platform. They immediately contacted me and sent me an agreement to sign for an amount to be paid to me due to *****, which I did. Two and a half months later, I have not heard about FNB or received the payment, although I communicated to them twice to finalize the matter, of which I have proof. I am disappointed and hope other FNB clients will get better service.
