No acess to my own money!

My bank account was frozen, because of their "random security check" I was given the run around by their consultants... only to find out I have to submit my latest proof of residence!! On the most important weekend, I had absolutely no access to MY MONEY!! even after explaining to them after going to their branch twice in one day that I no longer have time to walk down town to get a proof of residence, because I had to catch a flight at 11:00am... did they make a y form of plan for me to have access to my account? NO! I was stuck with money I couldn't use.

Your plan is clearly a ******* one and causes so much inconvenience to your clients. Not all of us have to time to be making frequent visits at your branchs!! Please seek another alternative, because your current one will have you losing clients!
