No access to my own money

FNB made changes to my account without my permission and I am not at all happy about it. The name changed to Aspire - which I never asked for and since then I cannot access my money. The available balance is R4000 less than the balance. I cannot understand why or who gave them permission to keep my money. I want the changes to my account reversed immediately and access to my own money.
