No access to excess

I've been paying for device insurance for over 3 years for s device taken from FNB. Even after the item contract terminated the insurance continued. Premiums paid probably exceed R2500 and the phone costs under R2500, yet I'm asked to pay an excess of R850 ! This is more of a loss to me then an indemnity. Come on FNB insure. Treat your clients fairly, go the extra mile to make your processes work for us as clients. I chose you as my provider now why let me down?
