No 24.7 line, no follow ups on cases, *****ing my money as ur marketing is misleading

Pathetic service, actually none, 3rd or 4th complaint, no answer by lawyers after hours in my emergency, I'm take this to the ombudsman false advertising i want all my premiums back so i can get a new legal plan elsewhere. Fnb law on call is misleading people that ur available after hours, I'm going to complain daily and go to the ombudsman, u also did not do investigations i requested in writing on a previous case, u are ruining my life to say the least, i thought i rely on you, I'm sorely disappointed
