Nimble collections and FNB

Hi, im highly irrated. Im trying to make contact with Nimble Collections for my paid up letter the money was debited from my account over a month ago already for my FNB connect account and not even the Bureaus were updated i want my paid up letter. Now im being told also that im not found on your system
