<p>I went to the northgate branch to open an account - Nikita was so professional and friendly and took the time to explain to me all the options available for what I need. She also adviced me on what other products I can take up to improve my level at FNB, and again explained to me everything in detail. She was so helpful and friendly, I will go back to that branch just because of her. FNB needs to hire more employees like this - the service was exceptional. I walked out a happy customer </p>
